Notes on Gaelic Title

Ceann fo Lùirich  Ken fo Lurrich C2. Head under cover/concealed. From lùireach a cloak, or coat of mail. Ronnie Black points out the analogy with ceann fo [e]ite, a technical expression in palaeography referring to the end of a line of writing which is tucked into a space at the end of the line above. Here possibly referring to a metrical feature of the tune?
